Researchers of the
Institute for Dairy Science and Probiotics, in cooperation with the researchers of the
Chair of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry of the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana (UL), Faculty of Pharmacy UL,
Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the University of Maribor and
Arhel d.o.o. (coordinator), started the research - development project (TLR 3-6)
LAKTIKA -Fractionation and processing of whey proteins and exploitation of the residue for the formation of new functional foods and food supplements.
The project is being implemented in the framework of the Operational Program for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy for the period 2014-2020. The project is co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia, and will be completed by the end of 2021. For more information about the project, please visit the
